We are happy to announce that Piła Academy of Business is realizing the Perfect Practitioner Project, under the Operational Programme Human Capital, co-financed by the European Social Fund under Priority III, High Quality of the Education System, Measure 3.4 Openness of the education system in the context of Life Long Learning, Measure 3.4.3 Promoting lifelong learning - competition projects.

The intermediate function is performed by the Department of Structural Funds in the Ministry of Education.
Please be advised that the project is implemented under the auspices of the Great Poland Superintendent of Education, Ms Elżbieta Walkowiak. The target group comprises 80 vocational teachers/instructors, teaching in specialized secondary schools, technical and post-secondary schools, in professions related to the following areas: management, marketing and administration, economics.

The specific objectives of the Project are:

• upgrade the expertise of the participants of the Project related to vocational training,
• increase the practical skills of project participants to seek knowledge on new technological developments and their use in vocational education,
• improve practical skills of the participants in terms of companies functioning in such areas as economics and administration, as well as marketing and management, and labor market needs for these areas,
• develop new organizational solutions in terms of increasing competence and qualifications of participants in the Project in cooperation with employers.
